You’re always showing up for everyone else. Who is holding space for you?

In-person event: Soul Care Saturday

Soul Care Saturday is an intimate, in-person gathering designed to give you a space to slow down, put everything down, and be cared for.

Each experience begins with guided reflection and journaling to help you connect with what is present and set an intention for our time together. From there, you’ll be guided through hypnosis and subconscious exploration while receiving Reiki-infused sound healing with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls.

We’ll close with time for integration and optional sharing, allowing you to gently return and carry anything you discovered into the rest of your day.

You do not need any prior experience with hypnosis, meditation, Reiki, or sound healing. Simply come as you are. Dates are announced on a monthly basis.

Virtual Soul Care Reset

The Virtual Soul Care Reset is a guided online experience created for the people who spend so much of their time caring for everyone else.

From the comfort of your own space, you’ll be guided through reflection, breath, somatic awareness, and hypnosis to help you slow down, quiet the outside noise, and reconnect with what you need. There is nothing to prepare, achieve, or figure out. This is simply a space to pause, receive, and allow your mind and body to settle.

No previous experience with hypnosis or meditation is needed.

Bring a Virtual Reset to Your Organization

Private Virtual Soul Care Resets are available for schools, hospitals, wellness teams, helping professionals, and other organizations that want to create an intentional space for employees to pause and be cared for.

Each experience can be adapted around the needs of your group and offered as part of a wellness day, staff meeting, professional development program, retreat, or ongoing employee wellness initiative.
