Protecting our therapeutic relationship is important to us at Soul Care Anna LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By accessing and using our website, wellness services, and participating in our programs—including hypnosis, somatic work, breathwork, Reiki, and Sound Healing—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Due to the therapeutic nature of our services, we maintain strict confidentiality standards in accordance with applicable healthcare privacy regulations and professional ethics guidelines. 3. Medical Disclaimer

The services provided by Soul Care Anna LLC—including hypnosis, somatic work, breathwork, Reiki, and Sound Healing—are complementary wellness modalities and are not a substitute for professional medical treatment, diagnosis, or care. While these modalities support overall wellness, they should not replace prescribed medications or treatments.

Our services are intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing, but are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

You should consult your healthcare provider before participating in our services if you:

• Are pregnant or nursing.

• Have a history of seizures, heart conditions, or other serious medical conditions.

• Have a mental health condition or are currently in therapy or taking medication for mental health.

• Are under medical supervision for any health condition.

Some modalities, such as Reiki and somatic work, involve energy work and gentle body-based practices. These are generally safe, but it is important to inform your practitioner of any physical limitations, injuries, or medical concerns prior to your session.

4. Session Policies and Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for actively participating in your wellness journey. This includes:

• Providing accurate and complete health information, including current medical conditions, injuries, medications, or mental health concerns.

• Arriving on time for scheduled sessions and giving appropriate notice for cancellations.

• Maintaining appropriate boundaries and following all safety guidelines provided by your practitioner.

• Notifying your practitioner if you experience discomfort, pain, or unusual reactions during somatic work, Reiki, or other energy-based sessions.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own healing and commit to engaging with the process in a manner conducive to your wellbeing. Results from sessions vary among individuals, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.

5. Cancellation & Payment Policy

I am honored to support your healing journey. To ensure clarity and mutual respect, please review the following cancellation and payment policy. These guidelines apply to all Sound Healing and Somatic + Subconscious Reprogramming sessions, including those offered at a discount, as practice sessions, or through family/friend rates.

Holding Your Spot

• To honor each other’s time and energy, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• This payment secures your session and is non-refundable, but may be applied to a future session with proper notice (see below).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 24+ hours’ notice: Your payment will carry over to a rescheduled session.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed session: Your payment will be retained.

• Packages of sessions: Missed sessions without 24-hour notice will be counted as used, unless otherwise discussed.

If an urgent or unavoidable situation arises, please reach out—your well-being is the priority.

Financial Support Application

I believe in making healing work accessible while honoring the value of the services I offer. Please reach out to me to apply for a level of support that best matches your current financial capacity. All policies above apply equally to ensure fairness, consistency, and sustainability.

Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end on time. If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the scheduled time out of respect for others and the natural flow of the day.

These boundaries allow me to sustain this work with integrity while supporting each client with care, presence, and consistency.

6. Website Access & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. All activity under your account is your responsibility. We encourage strong passwords and security measures and are not liable for any loss or damage from failure to comply.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and methodologies—including but not limited to guided meditations, recorded sessions, worksheets, and educational materials—are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Soul Care Anna LLC retains all rights to proprietary methodologies and trademarks.

8. Session Recording and Documentation

Some sessions may be recorded for quality assurance or training purposes with your explicit consent. All session documentation and recordings are maintained in accordance with privacy and professional ethics standards.

9. No Warranty

All services, materials, and content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No guarantees are made regarding results, accuracy, reliability, completeness of content, or uninterrupted access. Outcomes may vary among individuals.

10. Termination and Access Restriction

We reserve the right to terminate your access to services, cancel accounts, refuse service, or restrict access for any reason—including violation of these Terms, behavior that compromises the therapeutic environment, non-payment, fraudulent or illegal activities, or protection of business interests or other clients’ wellbeing.

11. Limitation of Liability

You understand that results from our services vary among individuals, and you assume full responsibility for your wellbeing during and after sessions. Soul Care Anna LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services.

12. Digital Content and Resources

Any downloadable content, guided meditations, or supplementary materials provided are for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, create derivative works, use commercially, or transfer these materials to third parties. All materials must be used in accordance with these Terms and any provided usage guidelines.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms will first be resolved through mediation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary. Arbitration will occur in California under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), typically in San Diego County unless another location is mutually agreed upon.
