Stop trying harder. Let’s work with the patterns beneath the surface. We can shift the patterns keeping you stuck and reconnect with what you truly want.

Hypnosis Sessions

Hypnosis is the primary tool I use to help you explore the subconscious beliefs, stories, and automatic responses that may be shaping your life beneath your conscious awareness.

Every session is personalized. Depending on what you bring into the space and what feels supportive to you, I may also integrate somatic exploration, breathwork, mindfulness, Reiki, sound, and visualization. You are always aware, in control, and invited to make choices throughout the experience.

This is not about someone taking over your mind or telling you what to think. It is a collaborative process centered around your experiences, your intentions, and the changes you are ready to explore.

Reasons to Book a Hypnosis Session

You might come to a session because you are:

  • Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself

  • Navigating anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or a life transition

  • Repeating a pattern that you understand intellectually but have struggled to change

  • Carrying beliefs or responses that no longer feel aligned with who you are

  • Ready to reconnect with your own needs, voice, or inner wisdom

  • Wanting to clarify what you want your life to look and feel like moving forward

You do not have to wait until you are struggling to do this work. Hypnosis can support you through a difficult season, but it can also help you create a vision for what you want, connect with how you want to feel, and begin moving toward that vision with greater clarity and intention.

What can I expect in a hypnosis session?

Before We Meet

Before your session, you’ll complete an intake and consent form so I can learn more about what you are experiencing, what you would like to explore, and anything that will help you feel safe and supported.

At the beginning of our time together, we’ll talk through what you shared, clarify your intention, and answer any questions you have. You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what needs to change. We can begin with whatever is present for you.

During Your Session

Once you are comfortable, I’ll guide you into a relaxed state of focused awareness using breath, body awareness, visualization, and hypnotic techniques.

From there, we may explore subconscious beliefs, earlier experiences, automatic responses, or the vision you want to create moving forward. I may also invite you to notice sensations, emotions, or shifts happening within your body as we move through the work.

Some people share what they are noticing throughout the session, while others remain completely quiet. There is no right way to experience hypnosis. You do not need to perform, force anything to happen, or have a vivid visual experience for the session to be meaningful.

After Your Session

We’ll leave time at the end to talk about anything that came up and help you gently transition out of the experience. You may want to give yourself some space afterward to rest, hydrate, journal, or simply notice what continues to unfold.

You may also choose to purchase a recording of your hypnosis session. Repetition is an important part of reinforcing the work we do together. Listening when you first wake up or right before falling asleep, when many people find it easier to relax and turn inward, allows you to revisit the beliefs, intentions, and new patterns introduced during your session.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be asleep during hypnosis?

Hypnosis is not the same as sleep, although you may feel deeply relaxed or appear as though you are sleeping. Some people remain very aware of everything happening, while others move in and out of different levels of awareness. Experiences vary from person to person and from session to session.

Will I lose control?

No. You remain in control throughout the experience. You can speak, move, open your eyes, ask for an adjustment, or stop the session at any time. Hypnosis does not require you to surrender your ability to make choices.

Do I have to talk or respond during the session?

No. Some people naturally respond and share what they are experiencing, while others prefer to remain quiet. I may offer invitations or ask questions, but you are never required to answer. We can adapt the session to what feels most comfortable and supportive for you.

Can hypnosis work virtually?

Hypnosis does not require you to be physically in the same room as the practitioner. During a virtual session, I guide you through the experience over Zoom while you rest somewhere comfortable and private. Your ability to focus, feel comfortable, and engage with the process matters more than physical proximity. Individual experiences and results vary, and no particular outcome can be guaranteed.

What if I don’t have a specific problem to work on?

You do not need to be in crisis or know exactly what you want to change. We can begin with a feeling, a question, an intention, or a vision for what you want your life to look like moving forward.

Hypnosis can create space to imagine possibilities, clarify what you want, and explore what may be keeping you from fully moving toward it.

What if I cannot be hypnotized?

Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention, similar to becoming absorbed in a book, a movie, music, or your own thoughts. You move through a similar brainwave state when you wake up and fall asleep. There is no single way it is supposed to feel, and you do not have to reach a particular depth for us to work together.

Is this therapy?

No. Hypnosis, somatic coaching, Reiki, breathwork, and sound healing are complementary wellness practices and are not substitutes for medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.

If you are currently receiving medical or mental health care, this work can be used alongside that care when appropriate, but it should not replace the support of a licensed provider.
